Parfait

ingredients:
1 can of mango slices or peaches, strawberries, glazed cherries, flavoured topping and nuts
instructions:
Carefully layer ingredients starting with canned fruit which has been drained. In between each layer of fruit include cherries and line the outside of the parfait glass with a small amount of topping. Keep layering fruit and finish with a top layer of Riva swirled ice cream and nuts. Garnish with topping, strawberries and wafers. Serve immediately.
